They are just as they appear in the photo, although being plastic is a little bad and they will hold out little. The parts that make it apart easily so I'll have to stick the good ones so it won't fall with the wind. I haven't tried turning them on yet.

Everything ok. Quality is pretty bad but hopefully they will last at least as decoration
